Select the “Forgot Password?” link on the account log-in page. Enter your email address, select “Reset Password”, and you’ll get an email with further instructions.

You can edit your account information and password in the “My Account” area. Make sure you select “Save” after changing your details.

We use discreet and protective packaging to secure your order in transit. A Track & Trace number is provided where applicable and insurance is offered on orders shipped using registered mail.

When shipped, we inform you with the track & trace number so that you can follow your order. If your purchase is €25 or more, then we recommend you to choose for recommended shipment.

All European orders should arrive within 3 and 7 working days. Shipping time for international orders is between 7 and 14 days. In both cases, you can use your Tracking Number to check on the status of your order.

Shipping costs are dependent on the size of your order and the shipping destination. Minimum and recommended shipping costs are as follows:

1: Normal Shipment:

For all shipments up to € 20.00 and/or MAXIMUM 20 BANKNOTES you have the choice to receive it by regular mail.

You hereby take responsibility for the damage or failure of the package to arrive.

This is because we do not have Track and Trace and have no control over your parcel when it leaves our premises.

We recommend registered shipping to avoid this issue.: 

The minimum normal shipping within Europe :  € 3.50 

The minimum normal shipping internationally : € 5.00

2: Registered Mail: 

Any order over  € 20.00 and/or MAXIMUM 20 BANKNOTES will automatically be sent by registered mail with a Track and Trace number. 

These shipments are fully insured.

The minimum recommended shipping within Europe: € 15.00

The minimum recommended shipping internationally: € 25.00

You can return your order within 14 calendar days. If you do not contact us within this period, we will assume that everything is okay with your order. Should that not be the case, you should contact us first stating a reason for your return, after which you need to send the items to the following address:
